FAQ’s and other random things:
- Can I meet with you guys to talk it over further? ~ No problem! We would love to meet with you and chat about your wedding. Just let us know where your favorite Eugene coffee shop is and we are there!
- I am interested in booking you. What do I need to do now? ~ First contact us to make sure we are available for your date. If we are free for your date we can go over packages and pricing that fit your needs. We require a retainer of 1/3rd and signed contract to guarantee your day. We require full payment 30 days prior to your event.
- How would you describe your style of photography? ~ Russell comes from a photojournalism background. First and foremost we believe in documenting the moments as naturally and candidly as possible. When it comes time to do portraits. We believe simple beautiful portraits are important.
- Do you offer online proofing? ~ Yes, we offer password protected online proofing.
- What is your favorite candy bar? ~ Anything with chocolate. (OK, we don’t really get asked that a lot but we thought you should know just in case.)
- Do you carry professional liability insurance? ~Yes
- We read the contract and noticed you like to eat after working for only 4 hours. So what do we have to feed you? ~ We have no specific requests. Usually allowing one of us to go through the buffet line after everyone else works just fine. Trust Russell when he says you don’t want to work with Jayme when she is hungry! Grump City! It is to be avoided.
