Welcome to our blog! We are Jayme and Russ Elsevier, Eugene Wedding Photographers. We love weddings, photographing weddings and becoming friends with our clients. We also love photographing artist’s of all kind, musicians, performers, artists as well as other photographers. We are currently based just outside Eugene, Oregon. Are you planning a wedding? Jayme loves all things sparkly, wrapping paper, bows, & ribbons. Her favorite lens is the Sigma 30 1.4 and the Canon 60 macro. She loves using available light. Jayme loves to photograph the details, rings, flowers, shoes, cakes, textures, wedding favors and the like. Because she loves being prepared, she has the most amazing save a bridal kit for both the women and men. She brings it to all weddings just in case you need something a button, bobbi pin, personal deodorant, bandaids, a shot of Jack Daniels, shoe polish, nail clippers, and tissues just in case someone gets emotional. This is a very abbreviated list. We can’t name everything it’s a trade secret. Jayme’s favorite App on the iphone is Pandora.
Russell loves coffee, learning, and capturing the decisive moment. His favorite lens is the Canon 135 2 and the Canon 20 2.8. Russell loves to add light to his photos. His favorite App on the Iphone is Seth Godin’s Blog. His favorite bag to put all the gear in is a “think tank” rollerbag. His favorite bag for carrying personal gear is a 20 year old Domke bag that is one of his oldest piece’s of gear that he still uses regularly. His favorite photographic device is his Epson 3800 printer. He loves to print!
We have an 11 year old black tabby named Lover Kitty. But mostly we just call her Cat! We do not watch television, but we do love to watch TED videos streamed online. Our phone is 541.520.6582. If you would like to connect.
